Since 2022, Slay Hermosa has proudly served California-style cuisine crafted by Chef David Slay — highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients, including produce & wines from Slay Estate & Vineyard, all brought to life by our truly caring team. What began as a vision quickly became a gathering place for locals & loyal guests — a space where moments were shared, celebrations were held, & lasting memories were made.
This past weekend, we closed our doors at Slay Hermosa, ending an unforgettable chapter by the beach. Thank you to everyone who joined us for one final weekend!
As we close this chapter, we look ahead to what’s next: Sushi | Bar is coming soon to this space! After a successful pop-up at Martha’s, we’re excited to officially welcome them into the neighborhood. This specially curated omakase experience will feature a rotating menu of some of the world’s best seafood and seasonal ingredients.
